Special Item Search-Helmet??

Will someone PLEASE tell me where the "helmet" is in this game. It is one of the "Special Items". I went on gamezebo's web site and they say it is in the Alpine Village but I cannot find it for the life of me. Lydia

Try the very background, on a rooftop. I could be wrong on this, I haven't played this game in a long time.

kishimojun is right - my list calls it a police hat - if that helps. Found it because of police reference
