Warehouse delimma

I am in end part of game and gone to warehouse where I see Kowalski and 3 others unloading flour sacks. There is a red stick pin over the warehouse and I have drug everything in my inventory there, but nothing happens. Have I missed something?
There are no other yellow or red stick pins left.

At that stage of the game, you're probably carrying more items than can be shown on screen at once, so try clicking on the arrows at either end of the inventory to scroll through and see if you have anything that might be of use.

Desktop.....the last thing in my inventory is a telescope. It doesn't work, nor does anything else in inventory. Can someone tell me what item it takes to open the warehouse?

When you drag the item from your inventory, make sure you put the mouse pointer over the red pin - not the bubble with the actual item in it.
