Stuck

I have stop signs in all of my roads on the level selector. I'm stuck. HELP!!!

This is no problem. Look for the gray button/disk with nothing on it (at the stop signs or at an end of a path.) Click on it and it takes you to the shop to upgrade the shops that you need to buy so that you can play that level (an arrow will flash at the building you need to upgrade). Or you can just click the shop button on the bottom left corner of the map and there will be arrows flashing at what you have to buy.

it may also be that you have not earned enough gold medals on your stages so go back and redo the silver and bronze ones.

The problem could also be that you don't have enough money to buy the upgrades you need. If that's the case, go back replay other levels to earn more cash.
