HELP....GAME DOES NOT SAVE

i AM GETTING EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. I like the game. I do not have the problems with downloading that seems to be a major issue. BUT....I have played the game a number of times. I will get to the 3, 4TH and higher levels and then I close the game. When I go back to play, THE GAME HAS NOT BEEN SAVED, and i have had to restart this same game over and over again. PLEASE FIX. THANKS. (DRIVEN TO DRINK OVER THIS..)

I think that you are probably correct. I was wondering if others had experienced this problem.

I had the same extremely frustrating experience! I was on the master bathroom, so I think I only had one more room to go. I had to stop, so I quit the game and it didn't save. Now I don't feel like going through all those rooms again. Am I SOL?
