Product Failure

I purchased the CD Mystery in London
I installed the game. I get the message it is activated but it fails to work.
The only clue is the message
** ERROR **:5:14:46 PM:Bad Third Party Key
in the application log.
How can this problem be corrected?

You can try contacting Customer Service with the little on the left side of this page, but I can tell you my experience. Even with their help (which was great) we still couldn't get it to work and they gave me a credit for a different game.

I tried contacting customer service and all I get is a spinning icon beside beside the check button and no reply. As you say they sell faulty products and as I didn't purchase it online I see little hope of resolution to the problem.
