Yep! Had the same issue with syberia
 just made it to gil,s tent and BAMM! ERROR! CAN'T GO ANY FUTHER.  . I went through this with CS and they tryed everything as well as our ITguys at work so I might as well kiss it goodbye. Hopefully BFG will give me a credit
