Redrum - having trouble playing game

I just received a second CD for Redrum and when I installed it and tried to play it, it started at the very end again. I noticed that other people were having this problem as well. I was only able to play it for the 60 minute trial period and I like it so I bought it but I can't play it. Please either fix this problem or refund.

You need to get in touch with CS. It's the green envelope to the right of the screen. If you are a Game Club member, you can use live chat M-F, 10 am - 7 pm time.

I have the same problem. I think u play it one time, U beat the game and that's it.
It's not worth the money. I figure u can keep playing it over again.
