secret items

can somebody please tell me anything about secret items in this game. Is there a way to look at the book and any clues as to what to look for.

I've played this game many, many times and I've only gotten about ten of the items. I don't write them down and usually forget what/where they are when I replay. If you go to the top of the page, click All Game Forums, scroll down until you see this game, click on it, you will see many topics about the game. There might be one that lists the object and where they are.
