Jewel Craft Level 11 goes blurry

I am on level 11. I have almost finished it TWICE. Both times I have only lttle jewels left. Easy to finish, right? Just be patient. Suddenly without doing anything the screen goes all weird - kind of fuzzy. The prompts still work (return to game, exit, etc.) but it is too blurry to read. When I finally find exit (by luck or mistake - take you pick) it takes me out of the game to the Big Fish screen that says "Do you want to play again?". When I return to the game I have to start level 11 over again. This has happened twice. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, has anyone figured out how to get past level 11 that has had this problem?
