I hopw someone can figure this out

I admit I am not the smartest when it comes to these games but come on when you have the answer right in front of you...it should work right? I am so frustrated with this game....Tinos Survey...I have read all the posts gone to the walkthroughs..the hint sites and even restarted 3 times..still Tino will not accept the answers..I cannot finish the game...Tito is a JERK lol I don't understand why some people can't get this when others have no problem..I am about ready to give up PLEASE HELP I would like to finish the game. THANKS

This is definitely one of those things where some gamers have trouble and others do not. I am one of the gamers who has not had trouble with this but here are some suggestions if you have not tried them already:

1. Make sure to talk to everyone on that survey. If they are not still in the lodge, call them.

2. When cleaning their rooms, observe which side of the bed the slippers are on and how the blankets are tossed back.

3. Look on the computer at the lobby.

4. Make sure to put paprika on everyone's dish when cooking.

5. Be careful with the spelling on the form. Use proper capitalization. I have not had to do this and even have used the hometowns in all lower case and it worked for me, but for others it did not.

If all else fails, go back to a previously saved game. Sometimes that will work and you can do the survey with no problems.

Thanks for trying to help julesy...I had tried all those things except for the all caps,,,the only thingis you can't put Los Angeles in all caps there isn't enough room doesn't matter it didn't work...I even tried all lower case...even called Chantal to complain...still nothing...oh well...have you noticed the last 4 numbers of Tino's phone number spell out J E R K ? I guess I will just wrap this game up as a bad experience..Thanks again

Are you playing this as a Junior Detective or Senior Detective? I have the answers written down to Senior Detective.

Did you know that most of the answers are recorded for you? There is a topic called Tino's Survey in your journal.

I am playing senior..I have the answers...I think its just that Tino will not accept them..no I did not know about the journal entry. Last time II checked it was only about the planets and paprika..I will check again...anyway this is what I have GC Left..Los Angeles..No....Lou..I have tried left right and both..Brea..and Yes. Bill..Right..Tronto and both yes and no (one walkthrough said yes one said no...one said do lou and bill as yes) I have done it all three ways...Yanni Right..Eladsaet..and No. Nothing seems to work. Thanks for any help and I will go check the journal

I can help you then, since I wrote these down as I was doing the puzzle (as well as my endless failure messages from Tino).
There is an error in the MaGtRo walkthrough, which is very unusual. The answer for paprika is round the wrong way.

You seem to have missed out the line of planets.

PS Tronto? Check spelling.

Sorry I said I wasn't the smartest lol...I did spell Toronto right on the survey and I have the planets as Earth Planet X Mars and Pluto..I just went in and changed paprika other way round and guess what? Tino still doesn't like it..oh well.. Thanks anyway..I may go back and re-download when I get over being frustrated and see if there is maybe a hitch or glitch in my download of the game..if I still can't get through, I will burn my computer ...just kidding THANKS for your help

hi, ive made a mistake in the survey, can anyone tell me how to delete, coz on mine it wont let you

Put the cursor at the end of the word you want to delete, then press backspace. You can retype once the entry box is empty.

The walkthroughs are different with the paprika because it is random who you get that does not like it. You have to put paprika on their food to see which one in your game does not like it and also go through the motions of giving them all the paprika to see who does not like it and who does for the game to register it.

Whoever you get is in your journal notes under the Tino's Survey topic.

I don't know if you're still stuck, but where I had trouble was, I had "Planet X" as Lou's answer, but the correct answer is just "X."
