The last puzzle are seen as not complete - cannot go on to the Advanced level

I've completed the Kids levels and it shows 100%. I've completed the Alphabet levels and it shows 96%. Haven't completed the 'regular' levels - yet.

You can start the Advanced levels whenever you want, although the game recommends you get familiar with the regular levels first. You don't have to get 100% for all the other levels before you move on to advanced.

I find that I have to click the mode I want before clicking Play or it uses the wrong mode. Perhaps that's why you are having problems with Advanced? It keeps wanting me to finish that last level from alphabet or something instead of the set of levels that I'm currently working on.

Good point, lordkalvan. You do need to click the coloured spot for the level you want to play. I think Advanced is yellow, so click on the first one of those to start the Advanced levels.
