Chapter 6 Cabinet - "first aid kit" - help!

Please help me - In Chapter 6 I have just one thing left to find and I'll be finished with the chapter.
I'm all out of Hints, have 2 gold coins but can't find a 3rd one.
And I simply cannot find "first aid kit" in the Cabinet room.

Within an hour after I posted this, I found another coin, bought a hint, and fount the first aid kit.
It was at the very bottom of the chest thing, with just the top edge and red cross peeking up from the bottom edge of the frame. Happiness!

Super! I had a bit of trouble locating that as well.
I find that if I'm having trouble locating somethig, pause it, go get a drink or walk the dogs and then come back to it. It usually pops right out at me.
