Blood Ties

Let me rephrase the mouse issue,...It is like the cursor is invisible but I can move it.
I tried changing to basic window color instead of aero and that did not work. I use an
optical mouse that is fairly new. There was at least one other game that did the same
thing so I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas why the cursor just disappears
so it is like it is invisible.
