Packing Lane 1 HELP

just cant get gold on this one. Anyone have any tips please?

Sell off the chicken as soon as the truck drops, sell off ham and milk, upgrade warehouse and truck once, sell off bears, hams and milk until you can sell milk, pig and cow to make 10000.

I have now finished the game but am going over to get golds on all levels, but I am starting to go mad on this level, I am 1 - 2 secs out EVERY time

Someone Please help I am following the advice above but still no luck

The very next time I tried it I finished it with 8 secs to go !!!
