Luxor won't open |

I just purchased Luxor using a game credit. When I went to open it to play, all I got was a black screen. The background music plays, but the game screen is all black,with only with white cursor arrow showing. I deleted the game and reloaded, but again, only the music over a black screen. I installed Java updates, ran virus check (AVG), etc, all to no avail. Any suggestions?
