HELP
I bought this game on 10/4/08. It downloaded perfectly, and I love it. On 11/09 had to replace my pc. So went into account and downloaded it again- it worked. After a week it when it came on it look good till the game starts by opening the curtain- all I get are spots and picture is not playable. I have checked for all things that are needed and cannot find anything wrong. All other games are perfect- just this one. I can't find customer service to ask questions about this game, If anyone can help I would appreciate it very much. This has been my favortie game for a long time now and I miss it.
