To fill the warehouse slots, you have to have one each of the animals, products, goods and bears all at one time
For the dog award, you have to trap all the bears using only dogs. Your dogs must be maxed out since that's the only time they can actually cage the bears. The best level for this is Butter St 4 since it's a short level with plenty of dogs and cash.
For Product St 3, get working on the meat right off, selling extra hams for cash. I usually buy one chicken just to get it started on the eggs. Upgrade warehouse and truck at least once, selling off bears as you catch them, too but hams are worth more so don't fill your warehouse with bears. When you get about 2000 coins, make sure you have enough hams to meet your goal, then sell off the pigs to meet the 5000 coin goal. Build the egg plants, upgrading them as far as possible, buy the sugar and get to work on the cakes. Should finish with no problems.

I also got that award on the very last level. You start with nothing as you know. When I switched from chickens to cows, I kept 1 chicken, 1 egg powders, 1 cakes, 1 frosted cake & 1 bag of sugar. Don't sell them. Same when I switched pigs to ostriches. Keep 1 of everything related to pigs included a bacon package. Also, I've found if you buy things and don't use them within a certain amount of time, they disappear. As soon as you have the biggest warehouse, keep one of each kind of bear. If you catch more, just sell down to one. So in short, have one of each animal, one of each bear, one of each of the four product for each of the four animals, and one of each of the five products you buy. It's a lot. As soon as I got the trophy, I sold them off. They take up a bit of room. Good luck. If anyone figures out how to achieve each trophy, let us know.
