today's challenge is win 1000 coins at dice.
I played and finally made the 1000, but in the challenge it says 0 of 1000

please help!

Tried again and now it counted. No idea why it didn't work in the morning (wasted some nice diamonds)

I'm having the same problem, today's wins are not being counted. Between the wait and/or paying 12 diamonds to play again, this is getting frustrating. Can you help before I get behind or waste too many more diamonds? Game ID is 571148

Thank you for taking the time to report what you are experiencing with the PC version of Midnight Castle. I wanted to drop by real fast and provide some preliminary troubleshooting as well as how to reach our Support Team for other issues players are seeing.

If you are seeing the game slow down, seem jerky, or freeze, the following page has some preliminary troubleshooting steps that have been able to help some players in the past. However, when reading the following page, do not perform step 6 which asks you to uninstall and reinstall the game:

If playing on Windows 10, the following page may be able to help with a performance issue or a slow cursor:

LethalLee412, as bfgPanthalassa previously posted, the best way to get assistance for transferring progress between devices is to reach out to our Support Team. If you haven't already, feel free to do so with the steps below.

For players that are seeing issues with the game not saving progress properly, I recommend trying to run the game as an Administrator, which should help provide the permissions needed to help the game run as best it can, which can help with the game's progress being saved:

For any problems that continue after trying those steps, need help transferring your progress to a new device, or if you are missing rewards or inventory items, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team HERE with your in-game ID. I think there may be a Gremlin somewhere in the works because strange things have been happening.
I do wonder if anyone else may be experiencing the same thing, or like me, aren't really aware that there is a problem.

1 - I finally realized that coins were going missing. A few times previously I had thought some of my coins seemed to be missing but decided I must be mistaken. Then a few days ago, after I had been gathering coins to access a new area & had accumulated about 12,628, I noticed that when I moved to the next area my coins had dropped to 11,479!

*2 - Gift Boxes disappearing - Again, I just thought I was wrong. Then, yesterday, Jan 7, I knew I had 138 Pink boxes because I had just finished trading a lot of Christmas items for Pink boxes. Later when I went to gift folks there were 134.
Today, Jan 8, after trading for more boxes, & knew I had 131 boxes, later I saw there were only 128. It's not a lot each time, but it does add up, & I am using a lot of Christmas items to make the trades.

3 - Jan 8, in the morning, I had 3 Keys to open Rock Garden chest, later in the day I had none.
I don't usually keep track of my inventory items, but that morning, I had gifted one so I knew how many I should have.

4 - About 5 days ago, when I opened my Christmas room, there were gifts under the tree, as there usually are in the morning, then suddenly they all disappeared!

I hesitate to try and fix any problems, as I did during the Halloween Event. After trying to fix the problem then, I could no longer access the event!!

Still waiting to hear back on what is going on. Again, my id # is 539648. I am so mad now since I couldn't complete the challenge and will not be able to get more avatars or rewards. If this issue is restored, I may not even play again. What is the challenge now for me? Can't catch up on gifting. Lost everything that I had after playing over a year (Nov 2015 to Dec 2016 when it crashed).

Hi, After reading some of the posts hear, I am not the only one with problems.
Over a week ago there appeared to be an update, which failed, but left my game back at level 1 and all monies, items, diamonds etc gone. (I was on level 74 with
nearly 4 million gold coins etc) The only thing left was my friends and my in game ID which is 465840. Neither of these had changed. I contacted the tech team and had one email from them 24 hours later to which I replied. Since then I have heard nothing from them, I tried emailing again, but only got an automated reply. I have started playing the game again and am now onto level 20 (I hope I haven't messed it up). It would appear the tech team are also having problems if they can't reply to our problems.

As microsoft no longer support vista, i cannot update my browser and have had to purchase a new laptop in order to continue playing big fish games. My query is if i uninstall M.C. from my current laptop, will my saved game be downloaded on my new windows 10, or will i recieve a new i.d. I am one of the fortunate few to still have my original i.d, despite having to uninstal and reinstall after the last update. Would hate to not be able to complete christmas challenge so close to the end. Thanks in anticipation of a reply. Kind regards, Di.

Hi dippydidi,

I understand that you've purchased a new computer, and would like to know if your profile will be able to be downloaded onto that new laptop.

At this time, there isn't a way to download that player ID onto another computer. However, what you can do is install the Midnight Castle program onto the new laptop and then reach out to our Customer Support Team with your original player ID, as well as the player ID that's appearing on the new computer.

The forums aren't equipped with the tools that are needed to provide assistance in this sort of situation, however our Reps will be happy to help. They have access to tools that can provide customized support, and can work on getting your progress moved over to the new computer.

I play on both Android and PC. Yesterday, when I logged in to my PC game, it ran an update. After the update, and rebooting, my game has disappeared, and someone else's is in its place. It does have my game id, but name, status, friends, inventory is all someone else's (Anthony 23). Has anyone else had this problem?

Also, to corroborate other's issues, on my android game (on which I am on level 74), I've noticed loss of inventory, especially shards.

I to having sticky button issues, and having to reset my IPad to get my gifts .freezing game issues.. maybe take the flying snow out of the picture. Lagging sticking ,freezing is a Big issue.

Am I the only player stuck on Level 74? I have tried contacting Big Fish and I have never received an answer. Is the game being updated? I wish some would tell me something. I don't want to be impatient. If this is the wrong forum please tell me which one to go to. Thank You

234daviddoo, if you are at level 74 and are being told by the wise dragon to speak to him again in the next update, that means that you've reached the end of all currently available content. The Midnight Castle teams are working on additional content, which should be released at a later date. When new content is available, moderators will be certain to provide an announcement for our players.

cherieof5, I'm sorry to hear that there are some freezing issues on the iPad while playing Midnight Castle. I recommend seeing if the steps in the following help page are able to resolve those issues:

The red/green light system...to see which friends are active...seems to be broken.

I have over 120 friends, and the are ALL 'green'.

Today, I got an invitation to a friends' new id number....I didn't even know she had a problem with her original game!

It has been mentioned in the forum recently that the lights are out of whack.

TIA for looking into this.

My husband and I are both playing. He on a Galaxy 210.1 tab and me on a Galaxy 10.1 4. Where I have little or no problems, he's had several. The most annoying are frequent restarts. When this happens, he loses everything he's done from the start of his playing time til the shut-down. At times he has even lost all his money and/or diamonds. Not sure if you can look into this and what you need. His ID code is 507354 and is on level 65.

I'm on level 74 and the raven is telling me to go see the dragon to help. When I click on the dragon a window pops up that says wait for a further update. It's been like this for 4 months. When will the game be extended?
