SAMANTHA SWIFT and the HIDDEN ROSES of ATHENA

J FROM YONKERS, I HAVE POSTED SO MANY MESSAGES ABOUT HIDDEN OBJECTS GAMES AND NEVER GET ANY ANSWERS, SO I AM GOING TO TRY ONCE MORE?????? THE GAME I AM PLAYING NOW IS SAMANTHA SWIFT and the HIDDEN ROSES of ATHENA and I am stuck trying to open the door's were the turtle is on the left to get the GONG HAMMER The arrows will start out being green but they will turn red when one of the pieces is in correct place. After I did that the arrows turned red after that nothing worked, I tryed to get the red arrows to work no such luck I can't get anthing to work. I looked up the walkthrough and found out that the red arrows are suposed to release the door's and that the turtle is not on the right side but on the left side. One of the paragraphs read, as soon as the door panels ore removed , the turtle that is on the left side will open up, take the GONG HAMMER that is in side use the GONG HAMMER and place it on GONG that is on the right side and all the panels will come off!!!! I HOPE SOME ONE CAN HELP ME GETTING SOME KIND OF ANSWER.

If you can't find the information that you are looking for in the game forum for this game (click All Game Forums and then find the name of the game) then check the Gamezebo website's walk through. You can google for Gamezebo, then once there enter the name of the game in the search box. You want the page that says "Tips & Tricks" in the section for this game.

I'm stuck at the same point and after a lot of research checking the forums, I discovered it's a glitch in the game. There is a patch available from BFG but I suspect you got it from another source so I guess we're both out of luck. What's so frustrating is that it is so close to the end of the game.

That "new build" came out last October. If you bought the game from BFG, just uninstall it then download it fresh by going to My Account, Purchase History, and using the Install button next to the game's name.

I bought the game on 10/21/08, and played it all the way through with no problems.

Joan if you have the patience to play the game all over, that may solve your problem. I deleted my game and started over and when I reached this point, I sailed right through it. One thing I noticed with both of the SS games is that if you leave the scene (for example to check the walkthrough) more than once, it freezes and the only way to clear it is to play again. I really wish they had put in a feature to repeat the level so you don't have to go back to the beginning.

I finally finished the game. I'm not sure it was worth taking all day to replay it to get past the frozen point because there is only one more "puzzle" and one hidden objects scene left to finish it.

Got into the big door, finally. The door is divided into quadrants that have an emblem in the center. Move the top horizontal sliding bar until the emblem on it that matches the one on the door is directly above the top left quadrant.

Move the center cross bar to the left until the matching emblems are both covered by the vertical piece. The upper left quadrant should crumble and fall.

Do the same for the top right quadrant, then the two lower quadrants using the vertical bar on the right side, sliding the covering piece up or down as necessary.

When all four quadrants have fallen, beat on the gong with the padded stick; all will collapse and reveal a very ugly warrior type. Good luck :-}
