I must be stupid.

I must be stupid but I can't even figure out how to fix the radiator. I have the key in it. I read somewhere on someone's post about the mug. I have the mug, but I don't know what to do with it. I tried to fill it at the kitchen sink and it won't let me. Could someone please help me?

Hi brinzer4, welcome to the fish pond.

Don't feel stupid- I had the same problem! Click the mug directly below the key. you can see exactly where if you search with your cursor before you select the mug. After the mug is in place, you can turn the key and the mug will catch the escaping moisture.

Hope this helps!

That worked thanks. Now I have a new problem. After I turn the key, I get an error and the computer freezes up. Just not having any luck!

For that issue, I would contact tech support. They are great here and will be able to help you.

Someone else on this forum mentioned the radiator freezing problem.
You might scan through the old threads and see if a solution was mentioned (although I don't recall one).
