Once you've set the dials correctly, type up the letters and numbers from the decoder book. Use your computer keyboard at home, not the keyboard shown on the game screen.

i've been doing that, like when i hit one letter it types another, and i set the dials to match the ones in the picture with minnete, so I guess i will just look around, thanks 4 your time.

As long as you are following the code taken from the M380 book and remember not to use spaces or dashes and don't get the zeros and O's mixed up you are doing it right. It doesn't type anything at first then you will get what seems like random letters after two or three keys are pressed. When your finished it will make sense. Happy Gaming.

i've been trying to type the code for hours now and i'm pretty sure i've got it right, but as my computer's keybord is an azerty and the one on the screen a qwerty i've tried both and i can't seem to manage the "m" and the "i" either way: any suggestions?

It shouldn't matter whether you have a dvorak, azerty, or qwerty keyboard. You type the code using your keyboard at home, not the one on the screen.

that's what i thought too but the code still doesn't work: the "m" and the "i" don't work and the "a" only works if i press the "q" on my keyboard

Remember you are decoding, so it won't look like what you're trying to type. Have you decoded the entire note? Something may not show up on the paper until after about 5 or 6 keystrokes.
