Are you sure that you have all the photos and took the correct photos? Did you buy the French-English dictionary from the vendors to translate the objects that Dieter wanted photos of? If he won't come out of the dark room, that means you either do not have all the photos or took it of the wrong objects. Also, the eye grid is on the back of a postcard so make sure to look on the back of it.
