Hi hickorybabe...If you are having trouble with a game, contact customer support...to the right of this page there is a box which reads "were here to help" click on the green envelope and you can contact them. That is the best way to let them know you are having a problem They are very helpful. I have contacted them many times and they resolved my problems...It might take a few days for them to get back to you, this pond is pretty big and many fishies request help. Be patient...Hope this helps...Happy Gaming
