MDM Zinc V2 Error

When trying to play this game I get an pop up "MDM Zinc v2 error handler" Can anybody help me out. Have no problem with any other games. I have windows vista home and Norton Internet secr. AV is off, ASPY is off, and firewall is off. Also pop up blocker is off.

I am having this same error... and then when I exited the game and returned... my user name was gone... all that work for nothing.

Is there a fix for this error yet?

I also have this problem which is annoying as I bought the game and have to keep starting from scratch.
