suitcase

I'm so sorry if prpldva has to answer yet another question. However, I'm stuck on getting the suitcase open and of course can't get any further until I do. I pressed 127 on the code pad, but nothing happens. I've tried all different numbers and am SO frustrated. Could someone please help? I would truly appreciate it! Thanks so much

Hi gin360 and welcome to the pond! Well hopefully prpl will be by shortly because every single thing I found stated simply "Enter 127, the briefcase opens"

Well, I see why your name is 'Angel'. How sweet of you to care enough about a complete stranger to take the time and respond. I was actually afraid no one would, so you did a RAOK tonight and I thank you so much. You know, I tried several times entering 127 but nothing happens. I assume I don't need to press the 'A' or 'B'. I've basically been using the notebook as a guide and haven't wanted a walkthrough, but I can't progress until I open that suitcase, doggone it! Thanks again for replying and helping.

Oh, I'm so embarrassed. It finally worked (the number) but I swear I had tried it several times. There must have been a little glitch or something. Anyway, I didn't want anyone taking time to help me with something that worked out. Thanks again, for the sweet help.
