I haz question about the specs. So apparently, according to the website, the specs are the same as EFR. Yet my computer didn't handle EFR well. There was about 1 second lag in scene switching, constant screen flashing, and it didn't completely fit my screen until I used my screen's auto adjust button. So I'm wondering, should I even hazard getting SL? Or should I wait till I (hopefully) get a new laptop for xmas?

Well, here's the thing. I have followed this thread from first post until now and I want to say that I feel like I know you all. and that I am sad that this is the end of a good time. You are all so awesome and smarter than me but you had me cheering you on all along the way and all I want to say is "Thank You".
You all made me laugh, think and ponder. Some really great minds here in this Pond.

IMO give the demo a try & see how it runs...(I know - it doesn't give you a 100% idea of the FULL game will run well...but it's a jumping off point!!)
It's not always file size or specs that make a game run hinky - I have some ginormous games that run like a clock & sometimes a relatively teeny game runs like a hot mess 
Also - I really, really AM cleaning extra stuffs off my laptop - I had to do a major cleanup about a month ago the last Hidden Mysteries demo game wouldn't even run on my laptop because my hard drive was pret-ty full (bought it for games - then darn it got contract work & now I have all this annoying software taking up valuable game space  ) I did some "Fall cleaning" and the demo ran much better (mind, it wasn't my cuppa & I didn't buy it lol)...
Just some thoughts - I'm sure you don't want to wait!

Actually - I think they may be hand-delivering them. In alphabetical order. (this is my Master Detective detecting skills at work!)
