Help me please, I can't talk to the detective at De Wilde's House! Thank you for help!

At the moment when the policeman let me in to talk to the detective, there is no detective that comes to talk to me. So I can't go on with the game, can somebody explain me?
Does the detective come automaticaly or must I go in the House by my own??? Is it possible that there is a default in the game???

Hi, Chris, welcome to the Pond. Something is wrong with your game. After talking to the policeman, a detective should be at the entrance of the house, both before the guy enters the house and after he comes out of the house. Suggest you check with Customer Support, green envelope down to your right, or try Chat Live. Good luck.!
