i downloaded this game once and when it ended try to download it again but i couldn't.Whata should i do?

It's hard to tell what's happening without being there with you. When you tried to download the first time, the download stopped without completing? Sometimes games pause and start up again on their own. Do you see the green envelope with the question mark and "We're Here to Help!" down on lower right of this page? If you're stuck, use the green envelope link to write to the Big Fish Games' support staff. They are wonderful: very nice and always very helpful! Don't hesitate to ask them.
