game shuts itself off-

screen goes blank, i lose the level when i restart it - happens often - any solution?

Hi srmt- Welcome to the forums! I would check the other threads to see if anyone else had the same issue. If not, you should contact tech support in the lower right. They are very good at solving problems.

OMG I lost my identity for a moment- what's up with that? I didn't sign out or back in.....

There is a bug in this game. If you play the Stoveway to Heaven song it causes the game to shut off. At last check, the developers were working on this issue. If you were not playing this song when your problem occurred, then I would contact Tech Support or the game developer.
