Hey there Everyone,

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

If you are not able to get a game working properly using our Help pages, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, you can find a link to contact our Support team on the front page of our Help pages.

When posting in this thread and also when contacting our Support Team, it would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.

*Finally, please reserve this thread for tech issues only. If you are seeking game play assistance (i.e. hints and tips), the best thing to do is to start a new thread in the game's Forum by clicking on 'Create New Discussion.'

Played for 15 minutes and could be a good game but the skip button doesn't work. Will wait to see if it's fixed.

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear that players are experiencing issues with this particular game.

In regards to the hint button not working, it may be helpful to ensure that everything is up to date with your video graphics card. I'll include a help article below with hints:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

If you are still having issues, please reach out to our Technical Support Team with a Dr. Felix Report. They are always willing to help further troubleshoot.

The triangle key for the elevator will not attach to the elevator shaft. I am able to through the elevator to the mountain path but the elevator key returns to the items box at the bottom.

This is the second game in a week that's causing me grief. The last one I had to give up on as permanently "frozen", but I did receive the usual replacement game.

This one also has issues but so far (I only just began) no freezing problems.

According to the walkthrough, there should be a camera on the tree-stump at the very beginning of this game.

There is no camera there. Not even anything that resembles a camera. Nothing other than a message that says it appears there is an indentation. No camera.

Second, there is a slider bar that appears on the left of the screen when you click on the circle with the three arms. The use of this slider is not explained anywhere in the instructions or the walkthrough.

These do not appear to me to be gameplay issues - they are technical deficiencies that need to be elaborated on.
Assistance with these would be appreciated.

March 2016 and Windows 7 and I also had trouble with the camera not appearing. Brandon at BigFish suggested I update the driver, which I did, and it didn't help, nor did re-installing the (regular) game. As a last resort he suggested to try the Collector's Edition, which DID work. - As for the slider, one reviewer was happy because it reduced the snowfall (when down) - so, sliding it up obviously increases it. - I hope I don't run into the other problems mentioned - I haven't finished the game yet.
