someone please help me find the hat and get out of the fountain room....

help i'm a hat and I,m stuck in the fountain room.How do you solve this??

there is a statue on the right side with a plant up top, turn the fish to spray water on the plant and the last manequine will be revealed

This had me stumped for a bit until I pressed on the fountain and the water spray reversed showing the last statue.
