When I type my name in or try to read the dialog, or any of the other information boxes it comes up in Arabic symbols.

Yikes, I suggest either contacting Customer Service (my first choice) or investing in a good English/Arabic dictionary Or wait, try re-downloading first, might fix it without further hassle.
