Mac version doesn't work under Snow Leopard

I recently upgraded to Snow Leopard, and now Fairway Solitaire will not work! It loads OK, and goes through the opening movie, but upon clicking Continue I get an error message (in technical terms that I do not understand.) Is a patch coming out? Thanks!

Pressing any key causes the program to quit. Any help you can give would be most appreciated! Thanks!
