Help! How do I "Hit the target"?

Any help gratefully received, I've been stuck on this for too long!

Maureen, Line your arrow up to the target. Pull it back ...watch the power meter on the left side of screen. When you have the power meter fully charged, release the arrow. Watch where it flies. Adjust and line up your arrow again. Pull it back and wait for meter to fully charge, release. It's just a matter of trial and error to find the "right" spot to shoot the arrow...and making sure the meter is full charged before releasing.
