Pirateville Level 12 Decode Message - HELP!

Okay, I don't get it. How do I decode this message? I have clicked on tabs til my mouse is screaming for mercy! I can see bits of letters but most of the letters are hidden and when things do shift behind the tabs I can't tell what is going on. I have checked out walkthroughs (and even know the message now) but could find no clue to tell me what I am doing wrong. I feel as dense as this puzzle! Apparently no one else is stumped ... must be my old age showing ...

Ok, I jusst finished this game. It's one of those unscramble the letters puzzles according to the walkthrough. Just click on a letter then on another letter. It should be just that simple.

in this one, the letters are not out plain to see, but are hidden behind tabs, like a box of index cards, and you can only see bits of them. If I could just expose the letters I would be home free! Please, does anyone know how to expose the letters for this game?

Turns out my graphics were hosed up. After a reinstall, no problem, it comes up as a normal decode. Sorry for loading up the forum with my gunk
