When I bought Jewel match 2 it didn't seem to go threw the usual steps. It didn't ask about if I wanted to use my credit and it didn't ask if I wanted to get the CD. Does "Jewel Match 2" have a CD? How can I tell which games offer a CD. I always want the cd if it is offered, And I don't want to not get one because I didn't do something correctly.
