nancy drew--- the haunted carousel

i just got this game for download but when i go to play it, i cant get the sizing right on the screen to play it, half of it is hidden . does anyone know what i can do about it, i had my daughter try and help by changing the sizing but that didnt work at all. any help will be very helpful .
