GAME NOT WORKING

I PURCHASED CALL OF ATLANTIS AND IT'S NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I'VE BEEN WAITING TO PLAY THIS GAME AND NOW THAT I PURCHASED IT I'M STILL UNABLE TO PLAY IT.

Played this game since I installed it, Uninstalled & reinstalled 9/21/09 & still have an error coming up.
If I can't reinstall it I want a 3 game credit.
