Stuck on Level 133

After the item drops one time, the square turns grey and cannot be changed. I have even made a match on the square but it still turns grey.

The only way to turn the block is by creating a snowball and running it through the line! Been there already and got through it that way. I'm stuck on level 143 with the same scanerio but I haven't figured out a way to get through it yet! Still trying!
