i am totally lost walked streets, talked to recpt. tried little guy on the wall. what do i do???? HELP PLEASE

thank you for your reply, i made it to the university, i am now trying to get the water level, and talk to the barge people got the key did the 42 ,41 thing and i am stuck this game is very confusing please help thx u

If you're still stuck on the locks, check out the thread on this page called "Canal Locks". 1830mm did a very nice explanation of the lock scene there.
