Kate Walker running

I was getting very frustrated and double clicked Kate and she started running!! Still can't wind up the train though .Help!
Winding mechanism wont reach. anyone out there?

after you extend the winder pull the lever to open the door on the train and it will finish extenting and wind up the train

Thanks, chrispy! I couldn't remember exactly how it went, since it has been awhile since I played. I did thino it was really cool when I found that Kate could run, though!

I did manage it after all - now Komkolzgrad looking for the new winder, will not refer to walkthrough - must do it myself.............

Yeah, I kinda figured that out on accident . It's really neat, though with all the walking you need to do in this game.
