Me too. This is one of my last few silvers.

Here's a way I beat it:

Keep the ostrich until it produces one feather. Sell both ostrich and feather.

With the money, buy 3 cows, a cat or two, upgrade storage to max, upgrade truck at least twice and upgrade plane two or three times. Send the plane for 10 cheese making bottles.

You should have enough cash to buy one pig and one chicken. Concentrate on producing cheese, buying more cows as you can. Six cows is a good number. Keep an eye on the cheese making bottles since they'll run out fast--but at least you have a fast plane to bring supplies quickly.

As soon as you have 5 or 6 hams, sell the pig. Same with the chicken. (I usually keep a spare ham and egg or two just in case a bear snatches a finished product!)

With all the cheeses you're selling, you should have plenty of cash to buy the meat processing plants, upgrading them all to max as you buy them. On one of your cheese bottle runs, buy 5 meat trays.

As soon as the sliced meat goes into the smokehouse, build the egg powder plant, upgrading it to max.

You should be able to finish off the meat and egg goals with just a couple of cheeses left to make--all well under 5 minutes.
