How can I switch colors using a MAC

I can't right click which apparently I need to do in order to complete puzzle 1-13, I looked up the solution and I'd have to right click to switch colors. Does any mac user know how to do that? Thanks =)

Holding down the "ctrl" key = right-click. Applies in other settings, too (i.e., hyperlinks, etc.).
