Horse Mask

I cant seem to find the horse mask for the picture. In the guide it says its in the bin with the note. Anyone else have this problem??

Are you are talking about the one for the picture in the hotel lobby? If so, I found it in the trash bin in the hotel room. The note is picked up first and the mask was underneath.

I almost missed it because it looked so much like the other trash and balled-up paper.
