If you've purchased the game from our website, you should be able to register it through the Game Manager (the program that runs our games). Just click on the "Buy Now" button next to the game in your Game Manager and a window will pop up that includes an option titled "Already Purchased This Game?" You may be prompted to enter your login information then the game should activate.

Hello,
I didn't purchase the Game through the BFG website, I bought a Retail Disc @ Walmart for $9.96...since it wasn't bought thru the BFG website, what then?

If you've previously downloaded a trial of the game to test it out, you'll want to uninstall it then reinstall from your retail disc. Even if you haven't downloaded a trial previously, you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling your game to see if you then get the prompt to register it.

If you can install the game but you're still unable to register it, you may want to contact Customer Support using the "Contact Us!" link on the left side of that article.
