Two puzzles don't work

I just bought Azada and I really like it, but I'm having trouble with two puzzles. In the "Shapes" puzzle, I can move the pieces to the form, but I can't rotate them, no matter which mouse button I click. So, unless the piece just happens to be in the right orientation, I can't solve the puzzle. I have to use an orb to bypass it. In the "Final Approach" puzzle, I can't get the ball to move at all. None of the arrow buttons work and the ball just sits there. I also have to use an orb to bypass this one. Can anyone help with this issue? Is there a fix? I'm using a laptop with a touchpad, but all the other puzzles function so far. I can move and rotate pieces in all but these two puzzles. I'm going to try plugging in a regular mouse to see if that makes a difference. Since these puzzles appear at different levels, I get stuck if I have no orbs left. It's spoiling my enjoyment just a bit. Help, help.

P.S. The regular mouse didn't help.

The Shapes pieces have small curved arrows in the center of each form. Left click on the small arrows in the center of each piece to rotate it. Click on the outer edges to pick the shapes and move them.

On the Final Approach the 4 directional arrows at the bottom of the screen tell the ball which way to roll. I don't know if you are clicking on the squares in the puzzle itself or on the 4 arrows below the puzzle.

Thanks Lizzie, but I'm clicking in the right spots but nothing happens. when I click the little rotation arrows, sometimes I hear the sound, but the pieces do not rotate. I can move them (which is the other mouse button) but not rotate them. On the ball puzzle, the arrow keys below do not move the ball. Any suggestions?

For the Shapes you use the same mouse button to move and rotate the pieces. You don't use both buttons, you only use the left button.

The only other suggestion would be to contact customer service where you bought the game and see if they can diagnose the problem. Good luck!

Neither button works for rotation. I've clicked all over those arrows with both buttons trying to get them to turn and no luck. I bought the game directly from Big Fish. Do you know who I should contact? This is the first time I've ever had a problem with one of their games. Thanks for all your help.

One the ball puzzle, I've clicked the arrows with both buttons and the buttons light up but the ball doesn't move and the button doesn't stay lit.

I figured it out! I'm left-handed and have my mouse set accordingly. Evidently, those two puzzles can't deal with it. I changed my mouse to default (right-handed) button configuration and now I can solve both puzzles. How do you like them apples?! Thought you'd like to know. Thanks again for all your help.
