chapter 5 new restaurant

i can't play chapter 5. i don't know why though. i followed the guide then when it says that i need to open the restaurant first for the next guide, the staff doesn't show up. i even checked the other restaurant and it's not opening too. can you help me?

Did you click on the open restaurant button at the bottom of the screen. When you're in your restaurant, it's a button in the bottom toolbar.
