What don't I understand about solving Level 4?

Okay, I finally understand what they want on level 4. How about #34? Can anybody tell me why the flag doesnt rise when I spin its gear wheel? I'm working on how to get both the windmill and the flag working, but if I can't get the flag to rise then getting both of them working is academic.

Can anybody help?



I think that I'm solving level #4 (the 2 dominos from the right side have to end up in the collection bucket) but I'm not getting a notification that I've won.

I'm using the upper path and sending the basketball into the two dominos that I placed, plus the one that is already set there, just before the ramp. I get all three of the dominos completely in the collection area. The instructions state that I just need to get the two that I placed into the collection area to win.

What am I misunderstanding?

maybe someone has already answered you..if not then you should have the gear belt connecting to the fan spinning to the right...the flag to the left..hope that helps...good luck!!!
