I lost my code please help!

i lost my code a while ago and would love to get this game on my new computer, i still have the disk just not the code. and it does work for me, maybe you have to buy it in the shop or it wont work. anyway thanx and please reply xx

hi kayshields! Did you buy the game from Big Fish Games? If you did, then log into your Big Fish Games account and go to your Purchase History. You can download the game again on your new computer. There is no "code". If the game doesn't appear there, contact Big Fish Customer Service by clicking the green envelope on this page...this green envelope is at the lower right-hand side of your screen where it says, "We're Here to Help!".

If you did not buy it from Big Fish, then you would have to contact the vendor you bought the game from. It sounds like this might not be a Big Fish game since you mention a code & Big Fish only has codes for getting a sale price and not for any actual download and/or purchase of games (unless your game was a gift...I don't know if Big Fish has codes for gift certificates or not...another forum member may be able to clarify this).
