Technical issue??

I'm not sure what happened. Early this week, I swear I was playing a totally different game!
I have finished all screens of level 1. At one point - the game took me to what I assumed to be level 2 (or beyond), as the games were faster, I was able to collect rings, etc.
Now, however, when I finish 27/27 -- clicking "next" takes me back to the beginning of the same game - round 1/27. Is this a known issue? Should I simply uninstall/reinstall?
I'm running XP Professional SP3.
